Contact
Padamz is made by one independent developer, so there is no support queue and no ticket number — mail goes straight to the person who can fix it. Replies usually take a few days.
What is worth writing about
- A word that should not be in the list — a misspelling, an archaic form, or something that simply is not a word in your language. Please say which language and, if you can, what the correct form is. These are fixed in the next release, and they are the single most useful mail we get.
- A word that should be in the list. The guess dictionaries are large but not infinite; if the game refused a word you know is real, tell us.
- A bug. What you were doing, what happened, and whether you were on the website or the Android app. A screenshot helps more than anything.
- A language you would like to see. Adding one needs a word list and a keyboard layout, so a native speaker willing to check a list is worth more than a request on its own.
- Advertising, press or partnership enquiries.
- Privacy questions, including a request to stop the anonymous usage counting — though you can also switch that off yourself inside the app, in the statistics panel. See the Privacy Policy.
Before you write
Two things come up often enough to answer here:
- "My streak disappeared." Statistics live in your browser's local storage, so clearing site data, playing in a private window, or switching browser or device starts a fresh record. There are no accounts, which means nothing to restore from — the trade for collecting nothing about you.
- "My friend got a different word." Each install walks its own order through the word list, so two players on the same day usually see different words. If you want to play exactly the same puzzle as someone, send them a challenge link from the share menu.
